If you are inquiring about an order placed on our site, please check these four things below.

1. If your question is in regards to a video course. Please try and reset your password by clicking here. If that did not work contact us at videosupport@jeffandalyssa.com . Let us know which course you bought and what your issue is. Please allow up to 24 hours for online access to your video course to be granted.

2. On August 23rd we changed our fulfillment operation here and a new company has taken that over. If you placed an order prior to August 23, 2017 and you have a question about that order please direct those questions to olderorders@jeffandalyssa.com .

3. If your question is in regards to a physical product that you have ordered after August 23rd and you are inquiring about the status or you have an issue with that please contact us at shipping@jeffandalyssa.com .
